A background in corporate banking, foreign exchange, and risk management, combined with leadership experience in the Armed Forces, shapes his approach. He brings discipline, operational excellence, and a results-driven mindset to every venture.

Chef Zahir Khan is a third-generation chef whose journey is rooted in India's rich gastronomic traditions. Having trained with some of India's most respected chefs and restaurant groups, including Punjab Grill, Masala Library, Farzi Café, and Made in Punjab, he combines classical technique with contemporary innovation to craft refined Indian cuisine. As Executive Chef, he leads the kitchen's vision with a focus on authenticity, craftsmanship, and memorable dining experiences that honor tradition while embracing modern imagination.
